Protester gets into Maliki's address to Congress -- Where is the Security?

I'm sitting here watching Maliki's address on C-SPAN.

Shortly into it, a war protester started screaming, "Listen to the Iraqi people and bring the troops home!" (Note: A Ministry of Defense poll conducted in 2005 found that 82% of Iraq's population is "strongly opposed" to the presence of coalition troops.) How bout that security, eh? Good thing the protester wasn't a 'turrist'.
